A chair for life: Tripp Trapp grows with your family

The Stokke Tripp Trapp chair in black invites your baby, toddler, or child right up to the table, turning meals into shared moments. Its thoughtful design supports growth, allowing you to tailor the seat height and footrest to fit a wide range of users, including adults when adjusted correctly.

Key features that adapt to growing needs

• Adjustable seat and footplates for comfortable posture and natural movement as kids grow.
• Two wood finishes and a broad range of colors help it blend with many spaces.
• European beech wood delivers a sturdy, durable frame with a high weight capacity.

Optional accessories extend usability from birth onward. The Newborn Set and Baby Set allow younger children to sit at table height, so family meals can be shared for years to come.

Design with purpose and lasting appeal

Designed in 1972 by Peter Opsvik, Tripp Trapp fuses form and function to seat all ages at the same table. Its timeless profile, smooth edges, and natural wood tones make it a versatile addition to many dining environments.

• Timeless aesthetics with practical versatility for generations of families.
• Stable base and ergonomic alignment when set up properly.
• Long-term value as a convertible high chair that grows with your child.

Notes: Always adjust components according to user height and weight to maintain ergonomic positioning. This chair emphasizes comfort, safety, and flexibility without asserting guaranteed outcomes, leaving room for individual experiences at mealtimes.
